"The world is your oyster" they say. It is if you happen to be white, straight and male. For some of us, the oyster is closed shut and we have to crack that mf open. That is what I have been doing for the past fifteen years and I want to help you do the same. As a black, queer, African, woman - traveling has both been healing and revealing. It has been the greatest of my joys and a constant battle field.
The Queer Traveller, is not just about me though. It's about US. Queer, black and brown women who have the desire to travel but feel limited. We are going to pave the path to authenticity and adventure...TOGETHER.
